Sermon recap:
To live like Jesus, you need to fix your attention and affection on Christ, transforming your life to become more like him. What you do must spring out of who you are. If you missed this service, you can watch it on our YouTube channel. The lesson starts at 50 mins.
True righteousness is justice in practice: following Jesus by seeking what is right, defending the vulnerable, and restoring dignity to those around us.
Put God first by crucifying the idols that steal your time, money and talent. Prioritise Jesus's kingdom, make spiritual effort, and give your best to grow.
Conflict begins in the heart. Jesus calls us to own our part, pursue peace, avoid gossip, show mercy and bless rather than avenge.
