God created mankind to have a relationship with them, which we lost through sin. Abraham's faith was the starting point to our journey back to him, while Jesus was the fulfillment of God's solution to restore the relationship. We have been justified through faith in Christ, and are called to live according to the Spirit. Nothing can separate us from Christ and his love.
